Formulation & Philosophy

Our Sencha embodies Yukari’s IN/OUT approach: natural, balanced, and deeply rooted in Japanese wellness. We source only from small organic farms that respect the land and follow time-honoured methods. No shortcuts — just tea in its truest form, meant to support moments of clarity and calm from within.

Technical Details

  • Type: First flush sencha (loose leaf green tea)
  • Origin: Minamikyushu, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan
  • Tasting Notes: Fresh and grassy with gentle umami, soft astringency, and a sweet finish
  • Use:
    Infuse 2g (1 tsp) in 200ml of water at 70–75°C. Let steep for 60–90 seconds before enjoying without sweeteners. May be reinfused 2–3 times.

  • Storage Tip: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Once opened, reseal tightly or store in an airtight container. Refrigeration recommended to preserve freshness.
