All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland using Sendle – a 100% carbon-neutral courier service.
Each order is carefully packed using recyclable and compostable materials to support nature and wellbeing.

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please note: Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A valid street address is required at checkout.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • All parcels include full tracking via Sendle’s online system.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within Australia.

Can I use a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

No. Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Sendle will attempt delivery and leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

Email us at return@yukari.com.au with your order number and photos.
We'll organise a replacement or refund.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes — if the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update it.
Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

What if an item is missing from my order?

We carry out a strict quality control process before shipping and carefully photograph each package to ensure that nothing is missing. This way, you can be confident that your order leaves our warehouse complete.

What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
