  • Tasting Notes: Smooth and full-bodied with natural umami, mild bitterness, and a creamy finish
  • Use: Whisk 1-2g (1/2 tsp) with (80°C / 175°) water until frothy. Sift before whisking. Best enjoyed plain or with plant milk.
